About Us

Find out more about our family run business and why we love serving customers across Bournemouth and Dorset.

At Dolphin Glass, we believe great service should come with a handshake, not a hard sell. We’re a local, family-run glazing company based in Bournemouth, proudly serving homes and businesses across Dorset.

Our story started with a simple idea; offer honest, high-quality glazing work without the gimmicks. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we knew there was a better way to do things. Alongside Lisa, who brings over 20 years in customer service, Dolphin Glass was born with people at the heart of it all.

We’re not here to sell you something you don’t need. We’ll always look to repair before we replace, and when new installations are the best option, we make the process clear, stress-free, and tailored to your space.

Whether it’s a misted window, a new front door, or a conservatory that actually feels warm in winter, we bring expert care and craftsmanship to every job – big or small.

Friendly faces, fair prices, and no-pressure quotes. That’s what sets us apart.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From the initial consultation and survey to the installation the hole thing was seamless, the price was affordable too, my sons cracked a window in our bifolds, Mike and Lisas team came out sorted that issue and also fixed all the hinges on our downstairs windows whilst here,

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great job done this morning by Dolphin Glass & Glazing!

They have fitted a new cat flap for us by replacing bottom of the PVC door and fitting new one in. Only 10 days in total from coming out to quote for the job and actually delivering the service.

Very polite, quick and left everything nice and tidy!

Highly recommend!
